Hi, I am working as a casual and getting paid as a level three and studying a diploma in childcare.
When I finish my diploma, can I work as a causal or level three and get paid as a level 4 wage?

It depends on your position - if you’re working as a casual assistant educator and you have a Diploma qualification you will be on Level 3.4 - when working as a room leader you will be on Level 4.1. The only way to get a Level 4 wage is to work as a room leader.
