CHCRF301D traineeship question!!

Hi all, I am currently studying my cert III in childrens services, and desperately seek some help on some of my questions. Any information would be very much appreciated, thanks guys :)

1. List 3 things you could do to familiarize families with the service and the workers in it.
2. As a member of staff in a childcare centre, explain how your job role impacts in each area of sustainability.

. Environmental sustainability
. Economic Sustainability
. Workforce sustainability
