What section of the national regulation covers sleep and rest?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have looked at a bunch of documents but I can't find what I'm looking for, the question before this one was "which standards in the NQS relate to sleep and rest?" - I had no problem answering. I've looked through pages and pages but must be overlooking it!

Can someone please help me? Thank you...
All these different laws and regs are really confusing me. The NQS, then national regulations etc.
