Tasks & Responsibilities For Changing A Nappy

What tasks do you have direct responsibility in relation to nappy changing

I thought I was on the right track but told I'm off the track. Can someone help

What tasks do you have direct responsibility in relation to nappy changing

I thought I was on the right track but told I'm off the track. Can someone help. This is similar to the original post asking about what I am directly responsible for only I forgot to add the nappy changing bit.

I believe it is all the things relating to a nappy change such as topping up paper towels Baby lotion, and wipes etc. Am I wrong or am I on the right track.

Please help.
