Statutory Requirements That Educators Follow

Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help me out please I am stuck on a question.
Question
Describe the name of and give a brief outline of 2 statutory requirements that a person in the role of Educator must follow
Can someone help me out please. Is this got to do with the qualifications. Any help would be greatly apperciated
