Answer:
I would retrieve the relevant information and observations that would have been previously recorded and I would then share information with educators and the staff who are in direct contact with this child. I would do this at a staff meeting or somewhere other people/children will not overhear the conversation. I would only tell the educators and other staff members who are in direct contact with this child.

This question has me a little bit stumped as I'm not entirely sure who else I would tell besides the direct staff member to deal with this child.
Also I can not find any information about what should be considered before sharing information about children.
