Scenario: Plumber Unsupervised
A plumber is on site to fix one of the toilets. He is well know to the service as he does all the plumbing jobs for them. Is it Ok for him to go about his business unsupervised? Why/ why not?

In my opinion, if someone comes to the centre for doing such tasks they still need to be supervised because you never know...

Yes, he needs to be supervised. I live in Dubai and I contacted plumbing services Dubai to rebuild the cistern connection of my kitchen. The organization perfectly supervised the plumber whether he is doing well or not.
