Scenario: Josephine - Clothing Preferences

The question is.... can someone please check my answer to see if it is ok?

How could you consult with the family about her current clothing preferences verses her clothing needs to ensure safety? Consider service policies in your answer.

Approach the family in a nicely/clam matter and explain to the family what has happened with Josephine, explain to the family what the clothing policies are at the centre and why they are affective.
