Scenario: Hostility & Harshness Towards The Children

You are annoyed at a staff members open hostility and harshness toward the children when you and her are working alone.
The staff member favours her grandchild who is in the room as well.
When a supervisor comes into your area, the staff member puts on a sweet-voiced, child focused approach.

My question is which statement from the code of ethics relates to the situation and what about in relation to children.
I am not sure how to answer. the answer I gave was to do with my colleagues and no mention about children.
Can someone put me on the right track.
