hiii this is my first time here need some help in one of the case study " chris 5 year old boy case " just want to know indicators of risk described in the scenario

First up, you will need to briefly describe the scenario... We have a lot of students from various course providers so not all the scenarios are the same. SO, you will need to add more information. Also you will need to add an attempt in order to receive support...Just so I can see what your understanding is and where exactly you need help...
