Imagine you are the first to arrive at your Service and you notice there is a bucket with a mop left over from the day before in the front foyer.
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I'm required to fill out a table and I am unsure what they mean when they say 'control' & 'who & when'. Can anyone please elaborate what they are asking me to do. Thanks heaps

When referring to "control" I think it means how this issue can be controlled in the future so it doesn't occur again. So, for this scenario "control" would mean putting the mop and bucket back in the cupboard where it belongs. For "who" and "when" this probably refers to who found it and when you found it.
