What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have one child in my care that is autistic I have explain to the children that his brain is wired differently to ours and he learns differently to us and that we have to respect that he is different and that we all have different learning styles

Yes but you can talk about how each child is different rather than focussing on the autistic child. For example when saying "he learns differently" you could brainstorm ideas on how each child likes to learn or rather what they are interested in etc. This may help:
