Respect Child's Privacy

Post by shwetankush » Mon Feb 29, 2016 1:14 am

Joel (3.2 years) is in the bathroom. He needs to go to the toilet but still needs help to be able to complete all of the steps. He is wearing jeans and a belt today, and he is not able to undo the belt on his own
a) What would you say and do to help Joel?
b) What would you say to Joel to support him if he does not make it to the toilet in time and he wets his pants?
c) How would you respect his privacy?
d) What suggestions could you make to Joel’s parents about the type of clothing he is wearing? Why?
e) What Standard and Element from the National Quality Standards should be considered?
