Reporting Incidents That Cause Injury

Why is it important to report incidents that cause injury or near miss?

To have a record of the incident that occurred in case the family needs to follow it up with a doctor or at hospital, in case something happens to the child a few days after an incident occurs, to isolate and manage the problem of how and why the incident occurred...
