Reporting Child Abuse - Help please :)

Your Question?
My question is what would you do if you suspected a child was being abused but they hadn't said anything about it, I line in NSW by the way so the laws may be different from state to state... Thank you!!!

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
So far I have said that I would speak to my supervisor about it and closely monitor the child that day...

it doesn't say what type of abuse or what the signs are so I'm not really sure what to do... thanks!
