EXISTING AND POTENTIAL HAZARDS IN THE WORK PLACE AND DOCUMENTED HOW THEY MANAGED THEM? WHO THEY REPORTED TO, HOW THEY GAINED THE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO MANAGE AND RECORD WORKPLACE HAZARD AND RISK MANAGEMENT

Have a look at risk assessment, you can find some information on the web... "risk assessment in childcare"...
