Hi guys,

I am up to my last question for this unit and am completely stuck!

I have been stuck on it for the past week, I have read through my learner guide, the internet for articles but nothing is coming up!

Can anybody help me / lead me in the right direction??

The question is -

Describe the internal and external factors that contribute to a team becoming and remaining innovative including:
- Team characteristics
- The role of group dynamics and diversity
- Broader environmental factors
