Policy Development - Source Of Information

Post by Eilleen » Fri Jun 19, 2015 8:11 pm

Hi everyone
My question is driving me mental. This is the question
Give one reason why Director, staff members, families and also policies and procedures be an appropriate source of information about this
procedure(regarding nappy change). Also outline the centres service procedure for communicating this adjustment to management and can this communication procedure be improved if so why or why not. Also what ways does this procedure incorporate sustainability practices.

I know you would like an answer that I have given but I am so confused it is ridiculous.
Thankyou to everyone
Any help will be a god send

Yes...

By having stakeholders involved you can gain information on the appropriate method of the nappy change procedure keeping both the child's and educators health and safety a priority through the centres policies and procedures.

Hope this helps,
