Physical care routines portfolio

On the off the job caregiving assignment when it asks to do a portfolio of the following headings
Sleep/rest routines and environments
toileting and nappy changing
personal hygiene
clothes
settle new arrivals
and it asks to collect at least 5 pieces of information related to the topic such as flyers, journals, articles, policies and procedures, where would i find these?? help me!!!

your centre should have policies and procedures that you can read through as well as parent note book that outline all of these topics.

Many centres have "Parent Information walls" that will have some stuff related to that, otherwise ( Im just guessing, I might be way off the mark with these ideas and it may not be what you're looking for but anyhow)
The huggies website should be able to send you info packs with posters and pamphlets about nappy changing and toiletting.
SIDS and Kids should be able to send you an info pack relating to sleep/rest routines and environments.
As Breebie said,Your centres Policies and procedures should b readily available to you.
Also you could look up the government resources for that kind of thing.
