strength:keep records on individual children, including daily observations, information about activities, meals served, rest times and also medications administered.
strength: maintain a safe play environment.
challenge: i cant think of anything for challenges i need help please!!!

i dont know if i have done them right? can someone please hellp me out!! my assignments due on the 24/12/14!! need it done before then... thanks alot !!

Good to see you worked out how to post on the forum. It's really simple once you know how to do it!
I am providing you with a sample job description. Within this description it lists various tasks, duties and requirements that you will need to perform. Using this as a guide pick 2 that you are comfortable with and describe how these tasks/duties form part of your strengths. Similarly, you will also need to choose 2 that you may find challenging and give details on why that is. Each of these need to be a paragraph long... (so 3 - 4 sentences each).
Have a read through the job description, identify what you are good at and explain why then identify what you find challenging and also explain why you find it challenging...
