Making Ethical Decisions In Your Work Role

Hi
I've recently started my cert 3 in early childhood education and care, i have a couple of questions left on my first assessment but i'm really struggling to answer one of them.
Hoping someone maybe able to offer some ideas

4.Explain the process you would follow to make an ethical decision. Identify and cite 2 sources relevant to your work role that would guide you in making responsible ethical decisions in your work role.

Ethics A Part Of Everyday Practice

In regards to sources you may be required to use the centres policies and procedures, national regulations, etc. These will enable you to make informed decisions on how to deal with ethics within your work role.
