Legislative Requirements As An Educator

List the three legislative requirement you need as an educator?

Answer :
1. Education & service National Law
2. Education & care service National Regulation
3.National Quality standard

However am not sure is this the answer or not
can somebody please help me out

Could it be:

1) Understanding of the National Quality Framework
2) Cert 3 minimum qualification
3) Working with children's check
