Legal system and Reguirement

Need some assistance in answering these questions as i cant find anything on the internet :)

1. What are the 8 Commonwealth Acts you need to be aware of as an educator in Children’s Services?

2. What are some of the State Government Acts?

3. Whilst online look at the Children’s Protection Act (1993) and the Early Childhood Education and Care Regulations (2010). How is this relevant to your work with children?

4. What happens if you don’t follow the Acts and regulations?

5. Refer to the National Quality Standards, what are the names of these?
