Legal rights of parents?

Post by Hazzarriet » Wed Mar 30, 2022 2:49 pm

What happens in a situation where two parents who are both authorised for collection of child at time of enrolment - have since seperate and one parent wants the other removed, while the second parent wants to continue collection of the child?

What are the legal rights of each parent?

Thank you!

Unless there is a court order in place then both parents still have a right to pick up the child from care - there has to be a legal document put in place to stop the parent from picking up the child.
