Your Question?
I am answering questions on a case study about 2 parents that have split and have told one of the workers BUT the mother has requested not tell anyone. But I have a question I am stuck on
"What are the legal responsibilities of the service with regard to the mothers request?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I figured my responsibilities would be to not tell anyone because of confidentially please help!!!!

Yes, it does fall under Privacy and Confidentiality and it is also in the Code of Ethics:
