Learning Story Of Isla - Using Toy Tools

Post by mjane » Thu Jan 07, 2016 12:09 am

Hello,
Just wanting to see if I am on the right track please, my second learning story! Any help would be very appreciated!

Learning Story

Isla's tool shop

Isla went straight into the workshop, with her friend Harry at her side, holding hands.
Isla placing the hard hat on and then sitting down on the seat, with Harry following suit.
Isla began using the toy tools provided, hammering the block with a bolt, while chatting away to Harry.
I watched/observed asking Isla what she was building "I'm putting the block together" she said excitedly, with a smile.
Experimenting she used the saw to cut the block and then moving onto the screwdriver, gathering the different shaped pieces, nuts, bolts and blocks, Isla proceeded to place them all together, screwing the nuts on all by herself.
When she was finished, Isla had a big smile "I did it" she said very pleased with her achievement.
"Well done Isla, great job" I replied.

I have not done any more as I was unsure if I had written it correctly

Thank you so much

Kind Regards

...while chatting away to Harry.

What were they chatting about?

Little more detail is needed...
