TASK 1 James.
I am struggling with the structure of this piece.
Am I to put in what I would say/do (as a carer) and then put all NQS, Policies and Procedures?
Or Type everything as I would a legal document.

Ask if james I s ok. Explain to him you cant hurt others even if frustrated ( in detail of course)
The next part i would refer to the tree stucture for reporting
