Knowing The Family and Child Enrolled In Your Room

Hi Guys why is it important to inform your supervisor and director that you know the family and their child that has just been enrolled in your room ?

- You could help the child and family during the transitioning from home to care
- Child and family already trusts you and is more comfortable with you
- You can support child and family getting to know other educators and children
