i have this question and i need help please....

my question.... Look on the internet or employment sections of the newspapers and locate job advertisement for an Aboriginal liaison officer. You may wish to obtain the position description for the role:
Identify the role and responsibilities for the position, then discuss and give examples that show you understand what is required for the position.


my answer ........My duties and responsibilities for the position is as an employee is to provide support and advise to work carers and where appropriated birth family. I have to respect their culture and to ensure cultural care plan is integrated into the child’s case plan.
I have to develop strategies to ensure promotion of a child cultural identity. I need to ensure that child has every opportunity to live in an environment that promotes cultural wellbeing.
For example if one child has any problem at home like family violence, illness or death in family and comes into our care service I have to be able to help and support the child. I have to be sensitive and make the child to feel secure, safe, welcome and comfortable.
