My Answer
The purpose of assessment and quality rating process is to measure and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of a product, service, or system. It involves performance, reliability, efficiency, safety and compliance with standards, weaknesses and areas for improvement in order to ensure that the service meets the standards or requirements.

One example would be if a child is completing a puzzle but gets frustrated because they cant fit all the pieces in and ends up throwing the puzzle and crying how would you support the child?
