At My place of work I have access to all this information but not at home and dont have time to do it at work but even if I did Im sure it would not do to say DOE for every thing. Is there away to find all this stuff out on one site and how am I doing so far cause I feel like quitting right now :x

No, I don't think you will be able to find all this information from one website itself so you will have to go to look through individual sites to get the information you require. Just use Google to type in what you need and then go from there. It's time consuming but you don't have much option if you can't get this info from work itself. Also, if you search "policy and procedure manual childcare" you should be able to get a copy you can have a look at online itself.
