Ethical responsibilities

Not sure how to answer the 2nd and 3rd part of the question on the attachment I’m stuck on the second and 3rd part of the question I’m not sure what it means by how I identified ethical or potential ethical responsibilities, I’m not currently working so I put together what I thought would be the ethical responsibilities with the 3rd part am I to put where I got the information or is that something else I need to do I’ve attached what I have so far.
