Enrolling A Child With Anaphylaxis Or Asthma

Could someone please help me with it
e) Describe what should happen when enrolling a child who has anaphylaxis/asthma or other allergy.
(Guidance – Make sure you include the information to be collected and how it is communicated to staff
g) Describe how to respond if a child has an anaphylactic reaction.
h) Describe how you would use an adrenalin auto injector for anaphylaxis
