Early learning centre roles and responsibilities

Hello..
I am trying to fill in the attached assessment. my supervioser said I should check the National Quality Standards for early childhood education and care. but I only get limited information and it just says to work accordance with code of ethics, EYLF etc.

how and where can I get more details like descriptions like for eg:

Certificate 3 qualified educator - assist in serving meals,assist in implementing programs, assist room leader etc.

Where can i find details/ descriptions for the below roles attached?
