Post by sumanjyani » Thu Feb 12, 2015 9:59 pm

hi
please tell me
1. what is recommended distance that should be maintained from the non-fixed equipment to the surrounding path?
I am really help in this question .

2. what is the reason for maintaining this distance ?

and my answer is
the maintaining this distance in reducing injuries and the severity of the of the injuries when kids fall from equipment . The surface under the playground equipment should be soft enough and thick enough to soften the impact of a child's fall.

thank you.

Your response for the second question is good. Just remember to add a reference of where you found that information from in your assignment.

This will help for your first question:
