Discrimination act 1998

I have been asked to find the discrimination act for 1998, the only act for this is the anti-discrimination act. I am a bit confused as the teacher said we have already talked about anti discrimination and nest time it will be discrimination 1998. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I am very confused.

I think you're right! There is no discrimination act 1998, only anti-discrimination act 1998, so maybe she is referring to this... I can't seem to find anything else...
