Demonstrate Hazards & Risks In NQS, EYLF & Regulations

pls help me with this ques..i read all the reveleant document but couldn't find the answer.

Identify which section of the following demonstrate hazards and risks.
- Education and care service National regulation.

Fsac

Nqs- i answered this for Nqs but my instructor thats not relevant.Standard 2.3 Each children is protected
Element 2.3.2 Every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury.

In the Regulations I found "risk and hazards" in Conduct of Risk Assessment for Excursion(page 63).

Regulations

For EYLF have a look at Outcome 3 - Children Become Strong In Their Social and Emotional Well Being.
