hi can you tell me the difference between cultural diversity experience plan and cultural diversity community cultural experience plan?

Cultural Diverse Experience Plan could be adding a couple of experiences onto the program that reflects culture.

Culturally Diverse Community Cultural Experience Plan could be incorporating cultural diversity within the community throughout the program on a daily basis.

I'm not 100% sure though...
