Critical Issues Influencing Relationships With Indigenous People

Hi im working on a question in cultural compency which is " identify two critical issues influencing workplace and professional relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander co-workers and clients "
The answer i have is cultural differenes and communiation issues. Would that be the right answer thanks :)
