Hi,
Just want to see if I'm on the right track, If someone could help please =)

Workplace Effectiveness
Question: Describe what you can do to contribute to the review and development of policies and procedures at your centre

Answer:
Contributing to the review and development of the centre's policies and procedures can be done by giving families, staff and management the opportunity to voice their opinion during the process, either through meetings, discussion or paper form.
