Components Of The National Quality Framework

Hi, I have just come across this forum and I'm a bit stuck on a question in my assignment. The question is Which are the components of the National Quality Framework? Describe briefly the purpose of each component. I'm just not sure where to find it. Any help would be so wonderful. Thanks :)
