Communicating Concerns In Negotiated Solutions With A Supervisor

for this assessment task I will need to describe here I have communicated concerns to a supervisor in negotiated solutions in a clear and appropriate manners.
according to my point of view, we discuss daily concerns when we do the daily reflections.
can you please help me with this question with some points please?

I think this question is asking how you have spoken to your supervisor about a concern you have had and came up with a solution. So, one example may be that you want to leave early on Fridays (2 hours early) due to a course you will attend in the afternoon. A negotiation will be that you come to work half an hour earlier to star your shift from Mon - Thurs.
