code of ethics in child care

Hi,

I am a little unsure and after some help please.
My question is to: Research a code of ethics relevant to a child care setting and describe its importance. (100-150 words)
I am just unsure about what a relevant code of ethics would be. I understand that each centre has a relevant code of ethics, but this question is not about that. So what are other code of ethics relevant to child care?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question!
