Explain what child focused work practices means

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have answered this question but need to know if I am on the right track or not.

To ensure their immediate safety
To help them develop to their highest potential
To uphold their human rights
A child-centred belief that every child has the right to a safe passage through childhood and the right to grow in an environment free from harm.
The child’s needs and welfare (the best interests of the child) are the primary concern and the primary focus of practice.
child-focused communication and information gathering techniques
safeguarding the rights of children

Nice answer... you're definitely on the right track with your response... Others include:

- communication skills
- awareness and sensitivity to children and young person's needs
- inclusiveness of children and young people in participatory decision-making process
- making special allowances to met needs of children and young people
- ways of engaging children and young people
- observance and presence of children and young people as primary clients

I got below question:
Explain what you understand by the term ‘child focused work practices’.
Give 2 examples

And my answer so far is
Child focused work practices means
To ensure their immediate safety
To help them develop to their highest potential
To uphold their human rights
Observance and presence of children and young people as primary clients


I am not sure that i am on right track or not.
