Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCRF301E: work effectively with families to care for the child
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge
Your Question?
If you believe that a child in your care has behavioural or health problems that require further attention, detail the actions you would take, ensuring that proper procedures are followed and accommodation for cultural differences (if necessary) is made. If these issues are outside of your expertise or if parents request that the center take actions that are not within its parameters, what should you do? how would you ensure that the communication with these parents is culturally appropriate
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Don't really have an answer as of yet, i know that you need to have a meeting with parents to discuss these issues and there are numbers stored in the office which centers should have to provide to parents to seek help?
Description and Message:
Iv honestly got no idea with this questions, been stuck on it for almost a month, just can't seem to get my head around it!
What's your answer so far, need ideas.
All due tomorrow also

If a child in your centre was having behavioural issues (for example) you would be expected to form a Behaviour Management Planwith the child's educators and parents to help solve the issue.
A support service agency which can be contacted to help educators and the family in guiding the child's behaviour is SDN Children's Services. They provide support services for centres dealing with different types of problems.
Hope the information I provided helps you out,
