Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCRF301D work effectively with families to care for the children
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
For each situation suggest how carer might respond
2 year old harry still waking 2-3 times every night
2/ Kamilah 10 months is not crawling. Her mother is worried.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Answer . may be hungry maybe allergic to something he has eaten before bed so is giving him pains or discomfort so maybe consult your doctor also ensure harry is adequately clothed especially for the night warm pyjamas and enough blankets
2/ May be Kamilah just hasn't reached that stage yet so I wouldn't worry but if you are consult a paediatrician. Also if she is reaching her millstones not to worry all babies are different.

Description and Message:
Could any one let me know if I am on the right track please asap as my assessment is due on Tuesday thanks

Harry - Could also be he needs a different bedtime routine in order to help him settle for a long nights rest. Maybe sleep environment needs to be changed. Add a nightlight or even play soft music in order to encourage Harry to settle himself at night.

Kamila- Provide exercise to kamilas parents to support Kamila to crawl. Give her plenty of tummy time. Encourage kamilas to reach for objects while being on her tummy. Stand kamila up on two feet hold her hands etc. (on a side note not all babies will begin to crawl first, my bub didn't crawl but started walking at 8 months old)...

Hope this helps,
