CHCPR301C - Encouraging Kids To Try New Things & Include Others

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCPR301C Project
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
How do you encourage kids to try new things and to include others?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I would do so by sitting with a child playing on their own and making a fuss about how good they are doing and how much fun they are having to encourage others to participate. I could use the same technique to encourage a child new to the activity.

Yes, you're on the right track... Another way to do it, is simply begin by sitting and playing with the activity yourself and then as a child gets interested they will join you..

Hope this helps,
