I think i'm on the right track, but I do not understand what the question means by examples

I The Education can Care Services National Quality Framework (NQF) applies to most long day care, family day care, outside school hour’s care and preschool/ kindergarten settings

a) Select a National Quality Standard that links to your legal and ethical responsibilities. Provide 3 examples of how your practices reflect the requirements of that standard.
National Quality Standard - Quality Area 4: Staffing Arrangements.
