Your Question?
Hello :)
I am having trouble in this activity where I need to create a staff meeting agenda. The question is below,

"It is your turn to create a meeting agenda for your next staff meeting. Outline who will need to attend and what topics will be discussed during the meeting. Choose one topic from the agenda which will be your goal. Document the meeting minutes (based on your chosen goal- the one topic you chose)"

There is then a table below the question where it says " staff meeting agenda" and has all of these headings with dot points under them, the headings are,
EYLF/ National Quality Standard
Programming
WHS
Policy Reviews
Training and Staff Development
Service Goals/Focus for the Month
Other Discussions

I am not exactly sure what I am suppose to write under these headings but I know that whatever I write under them I will then need to create meeting minutes based on one whatever I have written.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
so far I have only got "sun protection policy" "child protection policy" and "nutrition/food policy" under policy reviews and I am not even sure if this is correct. and I am not sure what to write under the other headings.

OK so I think you need to choose one of the "points" from the list and "pretend" to have a staff meeting on the topic you choose and write the minutes for it. From what you have written you have chosen "Policy Reviews". So if you were to write meeting minutes on this you will need to include the name of policy, discussions on any changes that need to be made, other information that can be included, adding the current regulations if necessary etc (this is an example of what your minutes can be written about)...

hello LA!

Thank you so so much for your reply! it has defiantly made me understand the question a lot better, but I am still a bit stuck on what I can write on the dot points under the other headings like EYLF/ National Quality Standard and Programming, if you are able to give me some sort of example on what I could maybe write under them, that would be amazing :) but thanks heaps for your help! xx
