CHCLEG001 - Making Reports and Ethical Practices

Can anyone help me please! I pretty much stuck on all my questions but here's 2 that I would love pointing in the right direction with, Thanks!!

1. What are important considerations when making a report regarding unethical behaviour and to whom would you report?

2. Give three examples of how you could ensure you are using legal and ethical practices?

Also a case study -
You have a family in your service who speaks very limited English ...

How do you ensure that your own personal values and attitudes reflect non-judgemental practice?

1 Grievances Policy

2) Legal and ethical practices include such things as following policies and procedures...

3) Such things as knowing more about the families culture, being understanding to the family...
